SOCIO-ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED GROUP (SEDG) CELL
The Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Group (SEDG) Cell is established to promote equity,
inclusion, and equal opportunities for students from marginalized and underrepresented
communities. The Cell works to identify and address academic, financial, and social
challenges faced by students belonging to socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
It facilitates access to scholarships, mentoring, academic support, counseling, and
awareness programs to ensure holistic development and a supportive campus environment.
Through continuous guidance and grievance redressal mechanisms, the SEDG Cell strives to
create an inclusive educational ecosystem where every student can thrive and succeed.
