ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT CELL (ASHC)

(ASHC) The Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell (ASHC) is an important statutory body aimed at providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all members of the institution. This committee ensures the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of any form of sexual harassment, aligning with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). It works to create awareness, support victims, and ensure appropriate action is taken against perpetrators.
